Description

Support our two trainers in metal/electrical in our training workshop in the training of our apprentices in Taylorville. We also welcome applications from career starters (m/f/d).

The tasks

  • Teaching theoretical and practical skills in mechanics and subsequent monitoring of learning success
  • Creating the necessary training and education measures
  • Independent planning and conducting of lessons and selection of work materials and media
  • Theoretical and practical exam preparation for apprentices
  • Taking on project assignments from the production department
  • Supporting and assisting our two trainers in organizational tasks, such as training fairs

The requirements

  • Training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of machining technology, both theoretically and practically (turning, milling, drilling)
  • Knowledge of gear technology (belts, chain drives), pneumatics (automation technology), bearing technology, and materials science
  • Experience with MS Office package
  • Enjoyment and enthusiasm for working with young people
  • High social competence, communication skills, teamwork, empathy, and independent, responsible work style
