Position Summary:

Greets, assists, and directs members, potential members, visitors and vendors calling or visiting the Administration Building. Answers questions and provides general information. Provides support to departments as assigned.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Superior customer service experience required. Must be able to demonstrate a very high level of diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Welcomes all who enter our Administration Building with tact and in a professional manner. Determines nature of business and announces member or visitor to appropriate personnel. Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Identifies, as necessary purposes of members visit to route inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Performs clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Assists various departments with general office duties. This may include generating correspondence or reports, creating spreadsheets, presentations, labels, forms, etc.
  • Assists various departments with special events and meeting setups. i.e., training room AV, Business and Community Board lunches and Administrative Building events.
  • Follows Security Procedures in support of backoffice visitors.
  • Logs members and potential members into the credit unions lobby tracking system upon arrival.
  • Handles all businessrelated matters with complete discretion and confidentiality.
  • Keeps reception area clean and uncluttered.
  • Pays attention to surroundings: lobby, parking lot, etc.
  • All teammembers must comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. This includes the SAFE Act. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:
Education/Experience


High School Diploma:

  • 2 Years previous experience

License, Registration, and/or Certification Requirement:

Driver's license

Must comply with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Laws and Regulations, as they pertain to federal guidelines and internal policies and procedures.

Two positions available

Shifts are - Monday - Friday

AM SHIFT - 7:30 am - 12:00 pm

PM SHIFT - 12:00 pm - 5:15 pm
