Your tasks:

Together with our on-site team at the customer, you will receive qualified support requests from IT employees (m/f/d) and key users (m/f/d) of our customers mainly via the ticket system.

You will be responsible for the implementation and conceptualization of our ECM/DMS solution into the infrastructure of our public clients, as well as updates, migrations, and operation.

You will independently analyze program and infrastructure-specific causes of errors and fix them under certain customer conditions in your own responsibility.

You will create customer-specific reports on infrastructure and data inventory key figures for information management.
You will support the optimization and automation of our work processes with your ideas.

Your profile:
You have completed a relevant vocational training or a degree and have extensive professional experience in application support.
You have excellent knowledge of basic systems such as MS Windows Server, as well as cross-cutting IT infrastructure topics.
Ideally, you have experience with relational databases (preferably SQL, MySQL).
Ideally, you already have support experience.
You have excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
