Description
For this role, we will consider remote candidates.Position Overview:
Supports Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Inc.'s (MHCA) analytics & corporate applications need across the enterprise.
Commitment to Internal Control:
The incumbent must understand, abide, and uphold the system of internal controls related to the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.

Analytics Responsibilities:
Play a key role in integrating multiple back-ends to a single source. Manage third party resources (vendors) to deliver on agreements per SOW.
Write SQL to create files for data loads to support the backend integration efforts.
Perform data analysis in support of new projects and changes to existing features/reports.
Provides end-user support and training around InfoLease and reporting as needed.
Monitor IL for performance and data quality, troubleshooting inconsistencies.
Corporate Applications Responsibilities:
Run and build responsibilities for MHCA's corporate applications, primarily InfoLease.
Follows all development policies and guidelines when coding fixes and enhancements, as well as when fixes and enhancements are migrated to a production environment.
Responds to IT Audit requests, as required.Assist on other IT projects and tasks as assigned.
KPI's (Key Performance Indicators):
Complete assigned projects on time and on budget
Eliminate manual processes leveraging software features where appropriate.
Responsibility and Decision-Making Authority:
Act independently; Decision-making within Company policy.

Qualifications:
Minimum 8-year experience with SQL development, relational database experience.
Minimum 5 years and exposure to BI tools such as PowerBI (Preferred), SSRS (Preferred), Tableau, Business Objects, QlikView or similar products.
Exposure to ETL tools, specifically SSIS.Experience in commercial leasing, and/or other financial application systems.
Skills Required:
Solid understanding of RDBMS, preferably MS SQL Server.
Strong SQL/T-SQL skills
Experience with SSIS / SSRS
Experience with MS Access
Experience with market-leading BI tools
Desired Skills:
Experience with Asset Financing platforms such as InfoLease or Lease Wave.
Experience with BOARD BI tools
Exposure to webservices
IIS7, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience creating/maintaining SharePoint sites

($138,000 to $151,600) per year, plus a discretionary bonus.
The salary range is determined and based on internal equity, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, and education.
