Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team.

As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service.

This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.


Duties:

• Supervise and manage a team of call center representatives
• Monitor and evaluate call center performance metrics to ensure targets are met
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations
• Analyze call center data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a call center environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Project management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish language skills is a must
• Strong analytical skills to analyze call center data and make datadriven decisions

Pay:
$ $26.14 per hour
