- High school diploma/GED is a must
- 2-5 years of prior experience in procurement or purchasing within a cabinet manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in computers, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Insight 2020 software is a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Outstanding organizational and documentation skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Capable of standing, bending, squatting, and lifting objects weighing 25-30 pounds

Job Purpose:
We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and organized individual to take on the role of a cabinet purchasing specialist. Your primary focus will be liaising with suppliers, hammering out prices, and making sure materials for cabinet production arrive promptly. You'll be responsible for keeping meticulous records of inventory, spotting cost-effective buying opportunities, and working closely with other teams to meet project needs and deadlines. Oh, and expect to tackle any hiccups in the ordering and delivery process while always on the lookout for ways to streamline procurement.

Working Conditions:
This role will primarily involve office work, but you'll also spend time in the warehouse and factory inspecting materials and collaborating with different departments. Both locations are not temperature regulated. You'll work day shifts with occasional late hours and Saturdays. Some travel may be required for training and events.
