- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-8 years of experience as a Director of Sales, Ecommerce, or similar role
- Experience developing and executing successful branding and sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed time management, project management, process planning, and organization skills.
