- Work closely with Business SMEs specific to relevant SAP functional areas to collect requirements.
- Assist in creating Test Strategy and Test Plan documents.
- Translate requirements into Test Scenarios and Test Cases for Functional, System Integration & Regression Testing.
- Execute Test Scripts and analyze results.
- Ensure end-to-end business process testing is carried out for respective areas.
- Assist in generating Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Provide necessary support to test manager for daily state meetings and reports.
- Proactively identify and address any risks/issues with test manager.
- Create Defects, support defect triage, retests as necessary, and aid in timely closure.
- Utilize Test management (HP ALM/Jira/ADO) and Automation tools (UFT/ Tosca/Work soft).
- Coordinate with offshore team members for on-time deliverables.
- Experience in testing SAP applications, specifically SAP ISU on SAP ECC, S/4 Hana with 3+ Years experience in MLEU domains.
- Testing experience in S/4 HANA migrations and implementations.
- Comprehensive understanding of E2E business flows and integration points.
- 3+ years of Test Lead experience in Testing SAP applications.
- Proficient in testing E2E SAP business flows, functional & System Integration testing, Regression Testing.
- Skilled in developing Test Strategy and Test Plan Documents, working with Business SMEs, building Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and executing tests.
- Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, Test management (HP ALM/Jira/ADO), and Automation tools (UFT/Tosca/Work Soft).
- Strong Communication Skills and experience in client interactions.
- Preferred Certification in SAP FICO/BRIM.
