Duties for this position include:

• Schedule field staff to provide service for patients.
• Interact with families, patients, and caregivers about services (either in person or over the phone).
• Provide patients and caregivers with accurate schedules.
• Followup with patients and caregivers regarding coverage, calloffs, and cancellation of staff.
• Maintain open and current communication with the management team regarding changes in the status of patients and caregivers.
• Ensure effective coordination and communication of activities.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to provide information on staffing requirements and needs.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding job responsibilities and compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

Job Requirements

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HOME CARE STAFFING EXPERIENCE_

• Knowledge of the HHA Exchange system
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to problemsolve challenging and complex situations that involve family members, patients, care providers, and referral sources.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize own workload and quickly adjust priorities as required.
• Excellent customer service skills, including working effectively with various personality types.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
