GARDAWORLD, a national leading cash services and armored car company, is seeking a Cash Vault Services Site Manager for our Dedham, MA Branch.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our highly experienced and growing team of industry professionals.

The Cash Vault Services Manager is responsible for all aspects of the money room operation to include:

Manages the daily activities of all money room personnel including a team of Tellers, Lead Tellers and Supervisors.
Responsible for staffing decisions, training, balancing, reporting and distribution of work as well as processing work.
Ensures the operation is functioning efficiently and in accordance with contractual agreements.
Adheres to company policies, procedures and production standards.
Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Manages deposits, discrepancy research, check processing & change orders.
A minimum of 4 years of Cash Vault Management experience within a money room cash vault environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience supervising a team of cash processors/tellers.
College degree or equivalent work related experience preferred.
Outstanding planning, organizational, analytical and management skills.
Strong knowledge of Currency Processing and or Bank Operation for processing procedures.
Must be safety and security sensitive.
