- 3+ years' experience in User Account Management (experience with OTK plus)
- 3+ years' experience with M365 Product end user support
- 2+ years experience in VOIP phone end user support
- Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of assignments and understands the urgency and importance of providing customer service.
- Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams)

LEVEL 2 SUPPORT:
Role requires more skill and leadership than a traditional Level 1 Service Desk Analyst. Responsible for user account management, telecommunications account management, training, and assigning/monitoring work queues.
In addition Role will work incidents in the areas of Telecommunications, Server Administration, Workstation Services, and Microsoft 365, in coordination with appropriate IT staff to ensure timely and effective resolution.
