About Esolvit
Esolvit is a 19-year-old IT services company headquartered in Texas. We work extensively with the State of Texas, state agencies, cities, counties, and select federal clients.
Our experience spans major public sector initiatives including criminal justice systems, higher education institutions such as Texas A and M, and various enterprise modernization projects.
As we expand and pursue new contracts, we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager who can manage government accounts while also leading recruiting efforts.
This is a hybrid role combining:
Public Sector Account Management
Recruiting Leadership and Talent Acquisition
The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with Texas state agencies and a solid background in IT recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with State of Texas agencies, cities, counties, and private sector clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Understand agency systems, applications, and mission critical modules
Visit clients regularly and maintain strong in person relationships
Take clients to meetings, lunches, conferences, and industry events
Represent Esolvit at local trade shows, state meetings, and professional gatherings in Austin
Identify upcoming opportunities and new contract vehicles
Recruiting and Talent Management
Lead full cycle IT recruiting for state and government contracts
Source, screen, and qualify candidates aligned to public sector requirements
Manage vendor and consultant relationships
Ensure compliance with state contract requirements
Maintain a strong pipeline of cleared and qualified candidates
Candidates with strong recruiting experience may be given full recruiting ownership for specific accounts
Required Qualifications:
Based in Austin, Texas
Prior experience working with Texas state agencies or public sector clients
Strong IT recruiting background
Understanding of enterprise systems and large government environments
Ability to attend conferences, trade shows, and in person client meetings
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Self driven and growth oriented mindset
