We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to own and scale our hiring function as we continue to grow.Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across key roles (engineering, product, design, sales, operations, leadership), from intake up until close (CEO will do most of the closing)
- Partner with the CEO and functional leaders to define hiring priorities and ideal candidate profiles
