    Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling of Kokomo, IN is searching for a self-motivated and driven full-time Licensed Plumbing Technician - Plumber to join our team. Are you ready to check jobs after completion to ensure there are no leaks or possible damage-causing items? Can you install brand new plumbing systems and ensure that they're up to building codes? Do you know how to install portable water systems, drainage systems, appliances, and more? Can you make sure they are working safely and efficiently? Can you take charge at job sites while training an assistant? If yes, keep reading - you won't regret it

    Our Licensed Plumbing Technicians - Plumbers earn a competitive salary of $55,000-$85,000 and work M-F, from 7:30 am - 4 pm or when the job is finished. We also provide top-notch benefits that start immediately including 2 weeks vacation after 90 days (pro-rated), paid birthday and holidays, a company-matched 401(k) plan, immediate health, vision, and dental insurance, work phone, iPad, gas card, take-home van, and company-sponsored lunches and events Our company offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for employees with 1 or more years of trade experience, uncapped incentives & spiffs, weekly trainings, paid schooling, paid company uniforms, and opportunities for advancement.     QUALIFICATIONS

    • Licensed Plumbing Journeyman or Contractor
    • An understanding of residential pipe sizing requirements
    • Able to be available for on-call hours/days
    • General construction knowledge
