    The Opportunity

    DAT is looking for a Marketing Intern - Paid Media to join our Marketing Team.

    What You'll Do

    • Monitor and track the performance of paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc..) using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush Analytics, etc.
    • Analyze key performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
    • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform optimization strategies and decision-making.
    • Provide regular reports and presentations to the marketing team, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations for improving campaign performance.
    • Assist in planning and executing A/B tests to optimize ad creative, messaging, targeting, and other campaign elements.
    • Analyze test results to determine statistically significant winners and apply insights to future campaigns.
    • Collaborate with other marketing team members, including content creators, designers, and social media managers, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals across paid media and other channels.
    • Work closely with the data analytics team to leverage additional data sources and insights for campaign measurement and optimization.
    • Assist in budget allocation and optimization across different paid media channels and campaigns.
    • Monitor spending to ensure campaigns are on track to meet performance goals and make adjustments as needed.
