    Description

    Job Description

    • This position serves as the executive assistant to the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management.
    • Manage projects and work flow in the Vice Provost's office.
    • Handle detailed scheduling, referral of problems, and coordinate leadership team activities.
    • Act as a liaison with various units and individuals connected to the Vice Provost.
    • Support a welcoming work environment in the office suite.
    • Collaborate with Provost's leadership area staff for effective operations.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer-service ethic, initiative, professionalism, and good judgment.

    Required Qualifications

    • Prior experience in executive level administrative support.
    • Proficient in office computer software such as Word, Excel, etc.
    • Skills in preparing professional documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Ability to manage a complex workload with competing priorities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, honesty, and integrity.
    • Interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
    • Experience in managing multiple higher education calendar schedules.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
    • Experience in project management or event organization.
    • Ability to enhance documents and reports using data visualization.
    • Experience with Student Banner is a plus.
