    Norwood manufacturing facility with the following shifts available: 1 st

    shift and 2 nd

    shift.

    Primary Assignments:
    As the maestro of production, you'll embark on a quest to ensure top-notch quality and maximum efficiency.

    Here's what you'll be up to:

    Essential Qualifications:
    Master the art of managing day-to-day operations with finesse, from workflow to delegation – you're the conductor of our production symphony
    Inspire and empower our team members with your mentorship and training prowess – greatness starts with support
    Uphold our standards with unwavering dedication, ensuring compliance with protocols, specifications, and safety guidelines – excellence is our mantra
    Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement – together, we can conquer any challenge

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT:
    Flex those superhero muscles with good vision and manual dexterity – you're our production powerhouse
    Embrace the hustle with the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
    Navigate the moderate noise of the office environment with ease.
    And remember, always suit up with our company-provided Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) – safety first, always
