YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Individual care and support for residents during the night
- Nursing documentation and planning
- Trustful collaboration with family members, doctors, and therapists
- Assisting with medical diagnostics and therapy
- Participation in quality assurance measures
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in elderly or nursing care is mandatory - you are a certified geriatric nurse, healthcare or nursing professional, or pediatric nurse
- Friendly and open-minded personality
- Commitment and passion for the profession
- Sense of responsibility and empathy
- High level of empathy and respectful interaction with others
