Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of field staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of insulation services to customers. The Field Supervisor must have excellent customer service skills, assist on installs, repairs, and quality control, as well as be an example of professionalism and tact.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the field staff on your assigned projects, ensuring that work is performed efficiently and effectively.

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

Work with the sales team to provide accurate job estimates and identify potential issues or obstacles.

Join in any task with any team at any time to ensure completion, to train, and to provide quality control

Train and develop field staff to maintain the highest level of quality service and workmanship.

Ensure all field staff comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Schedule and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.

Work with the sales team to provide accurate job estimates and identify potential issues or obstacles.
Required Experience
1-3 years Previous experience with supervising a trade in a construction environment, scheduling and hiring.
Special Requirements
Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required.
Additional Notes
Preferred; Insulation experience including field measuring and estimates
Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
