Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers.

As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes.


Duties:


  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
  • Engage in companionship activities and provide emotional support to clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
  • Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred but not required
  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes

  • Patience: Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, providing support and reassurance to clients.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
