About the Position


We are looking for a charismatic, outgoing, and energized person to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist This position is responsible for ensuring the daily recruitment processes are done as well as partnering with hiring managers to enhance the process.

This is a hands-on position and requires someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work with the management team to ensure execution of the overall full life-cycle recruitment process.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, including workforce planning.
  • Effectively strategize and partner with hiring managers on enhancing the talent pool.
  • Coordinate all onboarding, working with numerous team members.
  • Create, design, and enhance job descriptions & job postings using various sourcing methodologies and job boards.
  • Facilitate interviews and build relationships with thirdparty agencies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Participate and initiate in continuous improvement enhancement strategies.
  • Build and maintain compensation analyses for all positions to ensure all salaries meet surrounding area competition and markets.

Qualifications

  • Education_: B.A. in Human Resources or businessrelated experience preferred;
  • Experience_: 47 years of progressive experience in professional level recruitment; experience in electrical construction industry preferred.

From $70,000.00 per year
