- Partner with the various leaders along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness
- Lead and execute all HR initiatives within assigned Region/Zone including Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and Learning
- Maintain an environment free from outside influences or 3rd party intervention, where all associates have a voice and are heard
- Respond to Employee Relations issues and conducts investigations for Associate complaints, harassment allegations, wrongful termination claims, DOL claims and performance management issues
- Must be able to travel 40+% in a large geographic area
- Must be willing to regularly visit / work on site in our Redlands, CA location
- Implement, communicate and enforce Company policies and procedures
- Create individual development plans & succession planning
- Work heavily with the recruitment team to play a significant role in attracting and retaining superior candidates
- Strategize and develop ways to hire & retain talented employees; long term planning, assessment, engagement, career paths, rewards, training, high potential management, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and/or State labor and employment regulation changes
- Coach and Counsel employees regarding employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints or other employee concerns
- Equip Management team with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage Associates
- Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures, consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures into the business area
- Train and respond to inquiries regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration orrelated field
- Advanced degree is a plus
- PHR or SPHR or equivalent certification preferred
- 7+ years of progressive, professionalexperience
- Multi-Unit and Multi-Stateexperience at a HR Manager level or above is required
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in promoting an environment where associates are treated with respect and dignity and fosters and open-door policy
- Excellent working knowledge of HR principles, methods and procedures and Federal and State employment law including FMLA, COBRA, HIPPA and ADA and EEOC regulations
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda and goals that supports the business
- Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Ability to work both on a team (as member and/or leader) and independently to deliver results
- Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Business Partner, the Human Resources Business Partner serves as a HR Generalist by providing comprehensive Human Resources support and strategic guidance to TBC Corporation Western Business Management Teams and Associates.The HRBP will assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.The HRBP will effectively play an integral part of the Operations team by developing effectiveworking relationships, influencing, and guiding Field Management in support of the TBC Supply Chain and Brands Operations and Human Resources objectives.This position is responsible for managing HR policies, programs and practices at the Region/Zone Level for a multi-site, multi-state Supply Chain/TBC Brands Organization.
This is a remote work environment role. Candidates must reside within a 2 hour drive from our offices in Redlands, CA.
