    About the Role:

    • Lead a team of engineers and technical staff to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Lima production facility
    • Develop and manage a project portfolio to support site operations and growth
    • Provide technical expertise in Process Hazard Analysis and incident investigations
    • Oversee engineering personnel training and development

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Champion safety and integrity within the team
    • Supervise process engineers and technical staff
    • Maintain design basis and provide process limits to Operations
    • Lead Process Hazard Analysis studies and Safety Instrumented System Determination
    • Manage Root Cause Analyses and incident investigations
    • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements

    Requirements:

    • BS degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
    • 7+ years of experience in a chemical plant or similar environment
    • Professional Engineering Designation is a plus
    • Experience in managing projects and knowledge of manufacturing processes
    • Familiarity with process control systems and safety instrumented systems
