Tasks:

Responsible for the technical development of assigned processes, process quality, scrap rates, and tool costs
Analyze production results and identify areas for optimization
Implement continuous improvement measures in case of production disruptions
Analyze existing machining processes for efficiency and success
Serve as a contact person for technological machining issues
Design, optimize, and provide turning, milling, drilling, reaming, and special tools
Manage the tool provisioning process from concept phase to series production
Maintain productrelated documents
Participate in complaint meetings and FMEA evaluations
Support training and qualification of employees
Qualifications:
Ideally a production engineer, process engineer, or application engineer specializing in turning and milling
Several years of experience as a process technologist in the field of turning with singlespindle lathes
Strong knowledge of machining technology is essential
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical thinking and structured work approach
