About the role:

Key responsibilities:

Contribute and work effectively as part of Kerry North America's Senior Management team to deliver the agreed Annual Business Plan targets
Have C-Suite Level relationship with key retail clients.
Maintain and continue to build and grow a high performing business development and sales team
Play a key role in the development, implementation, and achievement of annual budgets
Work crossfunctionally (operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance) to ensure customer performance goals are met.
Travel requirements: 60% initially, moderating to 4050%

Qualifications and skills:

BS Degree in Business or related fieldMBA highly preferred. Minimum 15 years' experience with progressive responsibilities in a food ingredients business (taste & nutrition, flavors, or functional ingredients, preferred), and a minimum of 8 years in commercial management roles working with food retailers and food manufacturers.
Has strong and current high level relationships with key decision makers at target customers.
Actively grown a business organically through new customer acquisition and customer penetration
Experience with successful acquisitions
Actively participated in new product development
Experience in a matrix organizational structure in a complex multinational company
Success in developing highperforming teams and positive work culture
