Our primary focus is on the maintenance and preservation of existing asphalt and concrete surfaces.

This includes a range of services such as asphalt overlays, patch paving, concrete flat work, seal coat and crack seal.

Our clients include Industrial, commercial propterties, property managers, utility companies, private residents, school districts, and city and county municipalities.

Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to enhance our project management team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating project activities, from initiation to completion.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients and team members, ensuring timely delivery of project tasks, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution, responsible for coordinating tasks, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.

They also play a crucial role in the financial and administrative aspects, handling collections, bid proposals, and meticulous documentation for successful project delivery.


  • Coordinate and review utility service alerts (USA's) for new and ongoing projects.
  • Manage collections for private contracts.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients.
  • Schedule project tasks and allocate resources using our company database.
  • Create, submit, and follow up on bid proposals.
  • Keep records of sold projects updated in our spreadsheets.
  • Enter new clients and projects into our customer database.
  • Produce site maps for project planning.
  • Gather preliminary information from clients for private contracts.
  • Organize and file jobrelated documents.
  • Cultivate and sustain positive client relationships.
  • Support estimators with plan takeoffs and measurements for bids.

Requirements and Skills:


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to a fastpaced and evolving work environment.
  • Ability to manage stress and problemsolve effectively.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Strong prioritization skills and deadline adherence.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Preferred experience in the construction industry.
  • High level of personal accountability and reliability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Physical Demands:

The role involves regular communication, standing, walking, sitting, hand use, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Job walks are a year-round requirement. Reasonable accommodations are available.
