Job Responsibilities
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all IT assets around campus. Help and support services for all employees and students of FDTC with audio visual and IT issues.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Associate degree in Network Systems; prefer A+ certification. Valid driver's license required. Must be able to lift heavy equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
The minimum as listed, plus previous Helpdesk experience and customer service skills.
Must be able to repair PC hardware and install network software on all models of computer assets; be able to support both employees and students in all technology problems.
