    A company in Johnson County is hiring for 1st and 3rd Shift Manufacturing Associate to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to continue to grow in the production field.

    Manufacturing Associate's Pay/Benefits:

    • Pay starts at $20.40/hour (OT as needed) and pay increases up to $23.78 within a year

    Schedule: 1st and 3rd shift schedules

    • Grasshopper Schedule 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, 3rd shift: 8:00am - 8:00pm or 8:00pm - 8:00am

    Company Info/Job Duties:

    • The company is a world-leading manufacturer located in Franklin, IN
    • The associate will assist with unloading and packaging product from machines using overhead crane and forklifts.
    • The position will also assist with machine operation.
    • The company is hiring immediately

    Requirements:

    • Previous manufacturing experience
    • Mechanical Aptitude
    • Medium lifting
    • Steel toed boots
    • Standing for the majority of the shift
