- Bachelor's in Finance (or related) (MBA from top tier program preferred)
- 5-7+ years of relevant and progressive Finance/FP&A experience
- Experience managing and developing Finance staff is required
- Experience serving as a partner to Operations leaders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of business acumen and intellectual curiousity
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel is required and SQL proficiency is helpful
- History of job stability and career progression required for consideration.

FINANCE MANAGER
Now recruiting on behalf of a high growth, mid-sized ($1 billion+ revenue) Atlanta-based company in its search for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will work directly for the VP of Finance and have a team of 2-3 Financial/Senior Financial Analysts. This critical role will serve as the partner to Operations leaders to focus on OpEx, KPI development, analyzing and explaining key business drivers, dashboard reporting, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, driving process improvements, and other ad hoc analysis.
