As a Call Centre Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide assistance and support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our services.
Utilize communication and problemsolving skills to effectively resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Problemsolving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
