We are currently seeking a commercial building manager / facility manager (m/f/x) for a research center located in Santa Clarita, CA.

This position is available immediately.

Nestled in a beautiful green setting, yet conveniently connected, the research center offers an interesting job in a pleasant environment.

You can expect a 39-hour work week, flexible working hours, 30 days of annual leave, and the option of a job ticket.

Your responsibilities

Handling general administrative tasks related to room occupancy and building maintenance
Inventory work and documentation of stock levels in MS Excel
Planning, organizing, and executing office moves
Coordinating and supervising tradespeople, suppliers, and moving companies
General and organizational tasks in the infrastructure department
Assisting with the management of the digital telephone software Avaya

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have some professional experience (e.g. in property management, facility management, or as a caretaker) and good knowledge of common office software
You have fluent German language skills
You have organizational and coordination skills
You are physically fit
You have good manners and are trustworthy
