Line Cook - Dates of need: 5/1/2024 10/31/2024
Qualifications:Prepare, season and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure food is cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Season and cook food according to recipes. Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods. Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits, and vegetables to prepare them for consumption. Carve and trim meats such as beef, veal, ham, pork, and lamb for hot or cold service, or for sandwiches.
*Requirements: Must have 6 months experience as line cook.
Compensation Range:The compensation for this position is $21.00/Hr. - $24.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
