- Coordinate all new operations requirements by ensuring they are appropriately documented and signed off.
- Support UAT processes – often hands-on
- Partner with Accounting and Control and finance teams to build out a new, upgraded financial and regulatory control environment
- Support Operations team in moving forward with a future state reporting strategy – and in ensuring necessary, complete reporting is available from Loan IQ
- Proactively manage changes that impact project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans when necessary.

The Project Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. The Loans Operations teams support all lending activity for Corporate and Commercial clients of the bank across North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia. The Loan IQ Ops Readiness Trading will be responsible for understanding and supporting the transformation efforts across Loan Operations driven by the implementation of the a new commercial banking lending system - Loan IQ.
This role will require thorough understanding of strategic direction of the lending business as the organization transitions from the historical Flexcube processing environment to the Loan IQ platform. Specifically, the position requires the ability to understand how that transition relates to the Operations team's ability to support business strategy and growth through a system transition, while supporting buildout of new operational, risk and control processes.
