    Job Title: Automation Specialist

    This position requires a combination of strong IT technical skills and business acumen to drive process improvements across the accounting organization through automation.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

    • Redwood Run my Finance functional and technical (mild coding experience)
    • Develop legacy process flows of manual accounting processes
    • Identify and document business requirements for automated accounting processes
    • Liaise with various teams for process automation

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
    • Strong SAP experience
    • Sound understanding of accounting practices
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Experience and Job Levels:

    • Specialist/Analyst: Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years of experience
    • Senior Specialist/Analyst: Bachelor's degree, 5-8 years of experience
    • Lead Specialist/Analyst: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience

    Working Conditions:

    Normal onsite office working conditions with occasional travel and visits to industrial settings may be required.
