Job Responsibilities:

Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand Allegra Printing and Mail's market presence and increase revenue streams.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in various industries who can benefit from Allegra's printing and mailing services. Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients, showcasing Allegra's capabilities and value proposition effectively.
Networking and Partnerships: Represent Allegra Printing and Mail at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's professional network and forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including revenue targets, client acquisition rates, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the printing or advertising industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events as needed.
Knowledge of printing and mailing processes and technologies is a plus.
