Position Overview
The Managing Director, Regional Programs collaborates with the executive team to devise and execute state and regional strategies across IOF's four key pillars. Working closely with the Executive Director, they ensure that the grantmaking strategies in states align with IOF's overarching program objectives. Acting as a strategic leader, the Managing Director supervises a regional team responsible for identifying potential grantees, engaging with stakeholders, coordinating strategies, and ensuring effective grant execution.
Pay Range
$166,100 to $213,444. This represents the current salary range for the position at RF Catalytic Capital (RFCC), with actual pay varying based on experience and other factors.
Duty Station & Work Schedule
Applicants will be considered for remote work or, if based in Washington, D.C., a hybrid schedule with office presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
