Management of existing and acquisition of new customers, taking into account interfaces within the company and sales. Result responsibility for the economic design of production processes and achievement of results in the responsible area. The necessary framework will be coordinated with the supervisor. Personnel responsibility for managing assigned personnel (including goal setting, feedback discussions, and performance evaluations). Planning, management, and control of personnel in the responsible area from an economic perspective. Proposal of development and training measures, succession planning, and team development in coordination with production management for official services. Personnel selection in coordination with production management for official services.

Organizational responsibility for coordinating and organizing all testing activities within the scope of official authorization, including all free-market activities in the TSC area.

Optimization of processes/work equipment at TSC, particularly in terms of quality, customer service, and cost-effectiveness. Responsible for occupational safety in the responsible area. Planning and control of resource allocation in the responsible area. Quality responsibility for monitoring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the responsible area. Implementation of all processes within the framework of the internal control system (ICS). Handling of customer feedback.
