    Wealth Advisors work with high-net-worth clients and advise them in all areas of their financial lives.

    Wealth Advisors work with other key members in wealth advisory to prepare Wealth Plans and Financial Updates including, Net Worth Statements, Cash Flow and Tax Projections, Stock Option Exercise Strategies, Insurance Reviews, Education Funding Analysis, Asset Allocation Analysis, Investment Recommendations, Estate Planning Summaries, Charitable Planning, etc.

    Wealth Advisors should have strong relationship management and communication skills and be focused on marketing in new clients to the firm.

    GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION
    Wealth Advisors work with high-net-worth clients and advise them in all areas of their financial lives.

    Wealth Advisors work with other key members in wealth advisory to prepare Wealth Plans and Financial Updates including, Net Worth Statements, Cash Flow and Tax Projections, Stock Option Exercise Strategies, Insurance Reviews, Education Funding Analysis, Asset Allocation Analysis, Investment Recommendations, Estate Planning Summaries, Charitable Planning, etc.

    Wealth Advisors should have strong relationship management and communication skills and be focused on marketing in new clients to the firm.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    Develop Wealth Plan strategy for clients and lead client meetings
    Manage the client relationship
    Transition from secondary advisor to primary advisor over time
    Coordinate with internal and external teams members on follow-up items from the planning meetings
    Develop team members
    Progressively leading more diverse client relationships independently (AUM, complexity, client type,etc.)
    Leverages Corient resources and solutions
    CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required
    Grow client base by networking and generating leads and referrals
    Arrange and participate in prospect meetings
    Capable of sourcing and closing business independently

    Independent Revenue Managed:
    $300K-500K

    Business Development:
    $25K Annualized new revenue
    Typically, 6-10 years' experience

    Advanced capability of wealth and financial planning processes
    Demonstrated ability for team development
    Strong relationship development and management skills
    Business development abilities
    Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
    Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
    High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
