    Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for personable, sharp, and competitive candidates seeking an entrepreneurial role in the financial services industry as a Financial Professional.

    Specifically, our team is searching for individuals with the kind of strong interpersonal skills needed to build lasting client relationships as well as the critical thinking and strategic planning abilities necessary to helping others plan financially.

    A background specifically in finance is not required, but a heart for serving others is essential. Successful candidates also must be hard working, coachable, and fearless as they approach new challenges.

    New financial professionals will be in a highly team-driven environment, so ability and desire to work well with others are a must as well.

    What is the role?


    As a financial professional at Equitable Advisors, you will have the opportunity to build a business around helping people reach their financial goals, protect their families, and retire with dignity.

    Financial professionals will find themselves in a day to day of reaching out to new potential clients, meeting with clients, and interacting with the analyst team to develop meaningful strategies and presentations that lead to the long-term success of their clients.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or higher
    U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
    Able to commute to Houston office
    Ability to take and pass Group 1, SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 exam
