Social Care Manager
We are looking for a Social Care Manager (m/f/d) to lead our well-established residence.

Your responsibilities
- Implementation and execution of occupational therapies
- Coordination and collaboration with internal/external occupational and physical therapists
- You play a crucial role in integrating new residents
- Planning suitable cultural activities and events
- Supporting, advising, and developing your team
- Responsible for documenting the social care services
What the employer is looking for
- Completed vocational training or a degree in the social field (health and social services)
- Customer-oriented, team-oriented, confident, and solution-oriented work style
- Previous experience in a leadership role is desirable
- High level of social competence
