Position Summary:

Audit Supervisors and Audit Managers work with A&A Partners in planning, implementing, and controlling various attest engagements to ensure quality of work on a timely basis.


Responsibilities:


  • Ability to design and utilize advanced analytical techniques to drive engagement efficiency
  • Review and prepare workpapers and work performed by the audit team to ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, Internal Revenue Code, and other professional standards in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee the process of an audit from start to finish, analyzing potential problems, and recommending solutions
  • Monitor the quality of our product and the performance of our audit team
  • Ability to supervise, train, and coach staff
  • Understand client service relationships and how to utilize firm resources to maximize client satisfaction
  • Responsible for billing in accordance with agreed upon terms
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • 57 years relevant work experience required
  • Current or previous experience as an Audit Supervisor or Manager in a public accounting firm required
  • Current CPA license required
  • Experience with operating companies and notforprofits preferred
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
