V. is a non-profit organization that supports homeless children and mothers, as well as socially disadvantaged families in Munich.

Founded by Jutta Speidel, the organization operates two HORIZONT houses:

a shelter for homeless women and children, and an open house with a socio-cultural program for children, teenagers, and adults, including a daycare center, cultural stage, educational area, workshops, and adventure garden.

We are currently seeking a
preschool teacher (m/f/d) to join our team at HORIZONT daycare center in Eureka, KS. This position is available in part-time or full-time hours per week) and requires a compassionate and dedicated individual to lead our "Findefüchse" group. The position is initially limited, with the possibility of permanent employment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the "Findefüchse" group
Providing educational support to children aged 0.66 years
Focusing on language education and intercultural work
Independently organizing and designing daily activities for the group
Individual support for children, taking into account their family's living situation and challenges, and working closely with parents
Contributing to the development of our concept

We are looking for someone with:

A degree in early childhood education, social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification
Excellent German language skills (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is an
