Our groomers work in private grooming suites, ensuring a stress-free environment for your pet.

Our receptionist utilizes online booking systems and also assists clients who prefer to call in, making scheduling appointments effortless. We welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes, catering to their unique grooming needs.

Unlike traditional kennel setups, we offer cage-free grooming with a twist.

Each pet has their own mini semi-private suite, complete with a TV and cozy bedding, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.

With our convenient operating hours, Monday through Saturday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, we are here to accommodate our clients busy schedule while providing exceptional grooming services

We are currently seeking a versatile individual to join our team in the dual role of Bather/Receptionist.

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our salon by providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic grooming tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Scheduling grooming appointments and managing the appointment calendar efficiently.
• Maintaining the selfwash area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Performing regular cleaning and housekeeping duties to uphold salon cleanliness standards.
• Welcoming walkin clients and providing nail clipping and nail grinding services.
• Assisting groomers as needed with bathing dogs, drying, and basic grooming tasks.
• Providing support in other areas of the salon as required to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Detailoriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work 10hour shifts, 3 days a week, with rotating Saturdays off.
