- Email Strategy Development: Partner with the Growth teams to create the strategy for email with a focus on cross-sell and engagement of users from within our existing Dropbox customer base.
- Design and Delivery: Lead the execution of building high-performing emails and prompts by partnering with agencies and using internal marketing automation systems.
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Develop a pipeline of experiments to implement a rigorous testing framework that allows us to rapidly learn and operationalize wins.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Customer Insights and Segmentation: Utilize deep customer insights to segment the audience effectively and tailor marketing campaigns that resonate with each segment.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with Product and Channel owners to create learning feedback loop and ensure that strategies are aligned.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing automation with a proven track record of successfully implementing email programs that drive growth
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL to effectively measure results and inform marketing strategies and decisions
- Experienced at running A/B tests to rapidly experiment, operationalize, and optimize
- Deep understanding of industry standards and best practices for email marketing
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to partner with key stakeholders in achieving collaborative goals
- Innovative mindset, with an eye for identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities in a dynamic market landscape
- Experience with other Marketing Automation channels such as Prompts or Push Notifications a plus
- Experience using Marketing Automation and Experimentation tools such as Iterable and GrowthBook
- Experience working in Tech/SaaS companies
