Golfpac Travel is seeking Customer Service/Admin Support - Tee Times USA / Golfpac Travel is the USA's leading golf travel company. At our beach-front office in beautiful Flagler Beach, FL we use state-of-the-art technology and excellence in customer service to maintain our strong 31-year track record. Responsibilities:
- General office responsibilities helping a passionate team with all tasks
- Assisting reservationists by making outgoing calls
- Answering the telephone and helping customers with basic information
- Calling golf courses and hotels to confirm reservations or book tee times
- Using the computer to plan, quote and book golf vacations
- Maintaining contact with customers utilizing topnotch followup skills
- Opportunities for crosstraining as business needs dictate
Experience:
- An upbeat, pleasant telephone voice and the ability to gently and politely lead the conversation
- Strong problemsolving abilities with attention to detail
- A selfmotivated team player, who thrives in a selfdisciplined environment
- Basic website, online booking and internet skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Well organized with good time management skills
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
