Warehouse Management Trainee

Pay from $27 to $38 per hour

(This includes a $4 per hour shift differential while on 2nd Shift)

Shifts Available:

Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM
Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6 AM
(Includes a $4 shift differential)

Position Responsibilities

  • Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18month rotational program providing onthejob learning.
  • Participate in handson training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
  • Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a highperforming warehouse environment.
  • Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced warehouse management environment.
  • Enthusiastic, selfmotivated team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to relocate (with support) to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.
