    Architectural Design Collaborative (ADC) is a full-service Architecture and Interior Design Firm established in Miami, FL in 1984. Our goal is to provide creative, intelligent, cost-effective, and timely design solutions for our clients. We emphasize beautiful form and exceptional function in our designs while maintaining an understanding of our clients'​ bottom line. With proprietary processes and state of the art management technologies, we make sure every project meets or surpasses our clients' goals and expectations. Our company specializes in corporate workplace, commercial interiors, hospitality, entertainment, retail and financial institution projects. ADC is looking to hire talented Designers and Project Managers in the Orlando area to join our team.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Designer and/or Project Manager. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and producing construction documents and construction details, designing and drafting architectural projects, performing site analysis and planning, and producing renderings. The Architectural Designer will also work with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The role is located in Orlando, FL, but some hybrid work is acceptable.

    Qualifications

    • Strong skills in Architecture and Interior Design
    • Proficient in creating and producing construction drawings in Revit
    • Experience in drawing and detailing architectural projects with efficiency and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and contractors
    • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rendering Software and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
    • LEED Accreditation is a plus
