Your tasks:
Order processing
Central point of contact for customers, via phone and email
Handling inquiries and clarifications (possibly also technical) internally and externally
Preparing and tracking offers
Organization and support of trade fair stands
Participation in trade fairs and on-site customer support
Initiating and processing orders
Invoicing according to order confirmations and possibly additional services
Correspondence in German and English
Handling on-site payments/cash register
Documentation

Your profile:
Commercial education and experience in customer service or comparable professional experience
Willingness
