Panorama Park is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager / Facility Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

With over 50 years of practical experience and extensive theoretical knowledge, Lechner GmbH Hausverwaltung is dedicated to providing expert and proactive property management services, including cost-effective maintenance planning and maximizing cost-saving opportunities.

We have been managing a variety of communities for over 10, 20, 30, and even 50 years, and as a trusted and experienced manager, we understand the responsibility of maintaining and preserving property.

As a Property Manager / Facility Manager (m/f/d), you will be the primary point of contact for property owners. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the long-term preservation of the properties in collaboration with the administrative board.


Your tasks will include:

• Regular inspection and assessment of common property and technical facilities, both independently and in collaboration with the administrative board
• Obtaining quotes and awarding contracts in consultation with the board
• Arranging for repairs and monitoring the implementation of maintenance work approved by the owners' meeting
• Organizing TÜV, fire safety, and lightning protection inspections
• Coordinating and overseeing all service providers
• Negotiating and managing maintenance and insurance contracts
• Attending board meetings and construction meetings
• Chairing the annual owners' meeting

The ideal candidate will have:

• Several years of experience in facility management or building maintenance
• Strong teamworking skills
• Diplomatic and effective communication abilities
