YOUR TASKS

  • Independent assumption of individual actions and tasks in assigned projects
  • Representation of the professional supervisor in the role of project manager, e.g. in the form of moderation in regular meetings
  • Support of colleagues in the processing of various infrastructure projects
  • Participation in public relations, e.g. in approval procedures
  • Ensuring the quality of work results of planning participants
  • Quality assurance in execution through regular site inspections
  • Cost control in the project
  • Quality assurance of work results of subordinates
  • Processing of project acquisitions as part of a team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or environmental/economic engineering with a relevant focus
  • Relevant professional experience in project control, construction project management or planning, or a comparable task
  • Ideally, first experience in the field of infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of project management as well as planning and procurement law (HOAI, VgV, VOB)
  • Knowledge of supervising approval procedures, guidelines for the planning of city/tram lines desirable
  • High team spirit and strong ability to prioritize and work independently and structured
  • Extraordinary motivation, hands
